Terms of Service
Enterprise Custom Engineering & Professional Services Policy
Engagement & SOW Governance: All custom enterprise deployments, node optimizations, and tailored agentic architecture engineering are strictly governed by executed Statements of Work (SOW) and Master Services Agreements (MSA).
Milestone-Based Billing: Fees for custom engineering services are structured around defined project milestones—typically comprising an upfront initial deposit upon contract execution, progress payments tied to key milestone acceptances, and a final handoff payment.
Dedicated Resource Commitments: Due to the bespoke nature of custom development and the immediate allocation of dedicated engineering resources, payments tied to signed SOWs or completed project milestones represent non-refundable engineering commitments.
Payment Terms: Invoices for professional services and enterprise custom deployments are subject to Net 15 or Net 30 payment terms from the invoice date, payable via corporate wire transfer or ACH.
Trust & Slashing Policy
Proof-of-Compliance Staking
Node operators and developers stake performance collateral to unlock high-tier enterprise workloads, priority 15D task routing, and execution under the Universal Commerce Protocol (UCP).
Deterministic Slashing & Governance
Security breaches—including unauthorized data egress, sandbox isolation violations, or severe SLA defaults—trigger immediate collateral slashing via UCP to compensate clients, followed by permanent node revocation from the P2P mesh.
Fair Use & Network Protection
Protocol Integrity & Market Fairness
Sybil attacks, artificial order farming, DDoS flooding, and attempts to manipulate routing or bidding algorithms are strictly prohibited across the network.
Kernel Rate Limiting
Free tiers and sandbox environments are governed by strict throughput limits to safeguard
WAU-core-kernelstability and ensure deterministic execution for enterprise workloads.
